  • OVERVIEW

Nowadays, energy harvesting, which collects and reuse small amounts of energy, has been promised. However, it is difficult to run general circuits with only the power obtained from a small photovoltaic cell. Therefore, we use the intermittent drive mechanism, which the power is charged to a capacitor and momentarily discharged after reaching a certain voltage. In this research, we will develop a power circuit for voltage detection, RF circuits, machine learning circuit, and CPU. We also try to assemble those circuits to develop an ultra-small sensing device.
