RAMANOR-U1000
Raman frequency shift of laser photons due to inelastic scattering of molecules elucidates the molecule structure and the interactions between molecules.
Our Laser Raman Microscope incorporated with optical microscope system has achieved 500 nm spatial resolution of the Raman frequency shift under variable temperature conditions down to 4.2K.


MPMSSQUID

MPMSSQUID
SQUID based on two Josephson junctions is the instrument to be able to measure magnetic susceptibility of materials with the highest sensitivity.
Our MPMSSQUID reveals the maximum sensitivity in the range of 10-8 emu which is one of the highest sensitivity that conventional instruments can achieve now.
The operating conditions are between 1.7K and 400K for temperatures and 0 and ±55,000 gauss for applied magnetic fields.

Quanta 2000 is a unique scanning electron microscope that performs imaging under high vacuum, low vacuum and “environmental” conditions to accommodate wider range of samples including polymer and biological materials without metal coating of the sample surface. In addition, our Quanta 2000 is equipped with an analytical system, energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)to analyze the compounds of the surface materials in nano-scale.
