Department of Integrated Information Technology

On behalf of human happiness and welfare, we foster creative and responsible human resources who have the ability to contribute to society from the standpoint of information. To achieve this, we teach software technology, which serves as the basis for analyzing, designing, and producing information systems; mechatronics technology, which integrates materials and information; human factor technology, which defines people-friendly systems; and network technology, which links everyone and everything. Lessons value practical work, experiments, and practices. Simultaneously with such technological aspects, we also have students understand the effects and risks of information systems in order to let them have a sense of ethics for making the right judgment. Additionally, we conduct basic and applied research in cutting-edge information technology so that students will become able to create new intelligence and values.
